They have a very nice website and, as far as I can see, there is no membership fee. The website is full of good information about upcoming shows and links to community groups.

The American Dahlia Society “Promoting and supporting the growing, showing and enjoyment of dahlias in North America”. The American Dahlia Society This is a large group with an excellent website including (if you are a member) an extensive database of dahlias with photos. They also have a facebook page: American Dahlia Society | Facebook Ken Jensen of the ADGS is the third Vice-President of this group. They issue four bulletins per year and this is where you can buy the big “Composite Listing of Dahlias”. Membership is $30 (US) per year (single) or $33 for a family.

Membership is $20 per year and this enables you to receive their bulletins and annual magazine which are full of good info to help you grow and show glads. The secretary is Terri-Lynn Dodd and articles are submitted by all members.

Our group is local to Central Alberta and membership is $20 per year (single) or $25 (family) and we maintain and operate the only Trial Garden in Canada. Members enjoy discount prices on tubers in the Spring and various events during the summer.
